To recruit personnel who are adequately qualified to perform respective duties and constantly update and upgrade their knowledge and skill set by imparting adequate training.
To assign audit assignments to such personnel who are well qualified and trained to perform such work and invest them with such authority and responsibility so as to ensure meeting appropriate standards of audit quality.
